UWC Lithuania selections are open.

To prepare for the selection process, you will need to:

• Complete the online application;
• Answer three short questions (up to 100-200 words) and write one free-form essay in the application form;
• Prepare the following documents: transcript of grades for the most recent school year, a copy of your passport or ID card;
• Additional documents (recommended but not required): teacher recommendation; diplomas, or other evidence of your achievements that are most relevant to you.

We will invite the best performers to a final interview in Vilnius or online. Scholarships will be awarded at the final interview. The date of the final interview will be announced later.

UWC Lithuania is also continuing its cooperation with "Lietuvos Tūkstantmečio Vaikai". One of the scholarships will be awarded during a special filming of the "Lietuvos Tūkstantmečio Vaikai" (date to be announced).

When filling in the application form, please indicate which stages of the selection process you agree to participate in.

 

For the school year starting in September 2024, UWC Lithuania will award the following scholarships:

• UWC Red Cross Nordic (Norway). €0 over two years and €0 additional costs. Candidates must be born between 01/08/2006 and 01/08/2008.
• UWC East Africa (Tanzania). The student will be required to pay at least $0 over two years and may incur up to $4085 in additional costs. Candidates must be born between 01/08/2004 and 01/08/2007.
• UWC LPC (Hong Kong). Over two years the student will have to pay at least HKD 378,000 (~€44,000) and may incur up to HKD 40,580 (~€4700) in additional costs. Applicants must be born between 01/09/2006 and 01/09/2008.
• UWC Costa Rica. Over two years the student will be required to pay $41,700 and may incur up to $6,270 in additional costs. Candidates must be born between 15/08/2006 and 15/08/2008.
• UWC Dilijan (Armenia). The student will have to pay at least USD 20,000 over two years and may incur up to USD 2,200 in additional costs. Applicants must be born between 02/09/2006 and 31/08/2008.
• UWC Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The student will be required to pay at least EUR 36,800 over two years and may incur up to EUR 5,450 in additional costs. Applicants must be born between 02/09/2006 and 31/08/2008.
• UWC Red Cross Nordic (Norway). The student will have to pay at least NOK 831,000 (~€75,000) over two years and may incur up to NOK 60,139 (~€5,700) in additional costs. Applicants must be born between 01/08/2006 and 01/08/2008.
• UWC Thailand. Over the two years, the student will have to pay at least 2,630,955 BHT (~€70,000) and may incur up to 309,100BHT (~€8200) in additional costs. Applicants must be born between 01/04/2007 and 01/05/2009.

Due to the large number of candidates, the UWC Committee will only respond to candidates who have made it to the next round.
